Welcome to My Website

 

Most people come to therapy because they are feeling stressed, confused, scared, lost or sad. Consequently one may be depressed and anxious. These feelings and emotions visit all of us at some time in our lives which may stem from loss of a relationship, death of beloved one, experience of life change and transition or memories of trauma.

As an experienced therapist, I have been helping people through these difficulties for the past 7 years.

The core of my work is about empowering people and guiding them to discover their own resources within themselves. In addition to that, I encourage people learn to forgive and accept themselves.
